Welcome to cyberTRUNK Recipes!

Over the past two decades or so, I have assembled a vast array of recipes, particularly those that have become favorites with friends and family. My long term goal was to publish a cookbook to pass these tried and true favorites on. That idea started before blogs. So, I have created this blogsite where I can share these culinary tidbits. I hope you find something that you and your family embrace! I look forward to hearing from you as well! Thanks for checking out my cyberTRUNK Recipes!

  1. There is nothing like homemade croutons, and no kitchen is complete without them. Yea, they are great for salads - but I also use them to top off soup... one of my favorites is cream of tomato soup, topped with some homemade seasoned croutons! I also like having them around to nibble on when I just have the munchies, and want that little something for crunch. With all the types of bread and seasonings available, the combination you use to make your croutons is limitless! So, don't through away that stale bread - cube it up and stock up your pantry with homemade croutons! Enjoy!
